Our specialist training sessions can be tailor made from two week courses to two month courses, with both theory and practical areas covered. Special programmes are also encouraged to include pre-training assessment, post training examinations etc. If required we can create operating manuals for specific outlets for a nominal extra fee.
On the job training is considered a large part of the trainers contract. An ongoing report is compiled throughout the contract and Presented to the client at the end of the period of training. Reports consist of trainee's individual performances and requirements along with suggestions on the bar layout, equipment, cocktail recipes, marketing recommendations etc. We can even source bar equipment supplies at competitive rates.
